Greening Taupō is excited to be partnering with Contact on a new restoration project! Together, over the coming years, we’ll be transforming Owen Delany Gully into a thriving native forest by planting thousands of native trees and shrubs.

We need your help to bring this vision to life! Join us in restoring this place for future generations while creating valuable habitat for native wildlife??‍⬛??

? Location: Opposite the SPCA, look for the Greening Taupō flags!

Please come prepared for the weather with sturdy footwear and gardening gloves, as some areas can be a little prickly. Feel free to bring a spade if you have one, although we'll have holes prepared and ready to go.

?️ Planting will go ahead rain or shine.

?☕ After planting, join us for a complimentary sausage sizzle and a hot drink as a thank you for helping make a difference.
