Welcome to all our First Kicks families – we can’t wait to kick off the season with you!

Here’s everything you need to know 👇

• No football King’s Birthday weekend

⏰ Session Times
• 6–7 yrs: 9:00am
• 4–5 yrs: 10:00am (a slightly warmer start!)

📍 Where
Fields by Invergarry Road (near the coffee cart ☕️)

👕 What to Bring/Wear
Comfy clothes +
• Boots (if you have them)
• Shin pads
• Big smiles 😄

⚽ What to Expect
Each week is simple, fun, and all about getting kids involved:
• Skill-based games (dribbling, shooting, turning, stopping)
• Small-sided 3v3 games (lots more touches = more fun!)
• Rotating teams so everyone gets involved

This new 3v3 format is all about building confidence, learning skills, and keeping kids active and engaged 🙌

Games are parent-assisted, so feel free to jump in and help keep things flowing.

If it’s looking dodgy, we’ll post updates on the Taupō Junior Football Facebook page between 7:30–8:00am.
(No post = game on 👍)

We’re all about lots of touches, lots of smiles, and plenty of goals ⚽
