Evening Relaxation Sound Sessions

Come along and enjoy 1 hour hour of deep relaxation as you’re gently guided into the world of sound and vibration. Using a variety of soothing instruments, the sounds flow through your body, helping to release tension and restore balance — leaving you feeling calm, refreshed, and renewed.

Please bring along a yoga mat if you have one, plus a blanket or throw and a pillow for extra comfort (a few are available if needed).

Cost is $20 per session.
Cash or phone banking accepted.

Spaces are limited to 9–10 people in the yurt, so please let me know if you’d like to attend.
