This includes the whole of the Lake Taupo fishing zone excluding Lake Otamangakau. With a total prize pool at over $25,000 this is the fishing comp you want to get your crew fired up for. We've got Taupo Hunting and Fishing, Fly & Gun onboard as our major sponsor so the prizes are set to be awesome! Remember to get in early on the Friday night to grab one of the limited "captain bags" and your complimentary Peroni with adult or family entry fee. Adult entry fee $59+BF includes a Peroni at breifing (Available Friday night only) Family $99+BF Includes 2 Peroni's (Mum and Dad and all of your kids, must be from immediate family) Youth (under14) $29+BF Entertainment and live band Friday night after briefing. Prize giving 6.30 pm ish Saturday. Fishing starts Saturday morning in accordance with local rules and final weigh in is before 5pm Saturday followed by prize giving. All entrants must have a current fishing licence and produce at weigh ins. All forms of fishing are fine, boat, kayak, fly fishing and shore. Lake Otamangakau is specifically excluded from this competition.
