- **Event Description**: Aimed at but not exclusively for, people living with and beyond Cancer and those closest to them. Meets on Monday mornings in the fabulous upstairs room (Parkroom) at the COACH Centre in French Weir Park, Taunton. There are 3 sessions of varying levels of intensity. 9.00am is the most intense, then 10.15am for a more moderate intensity then 11.15am for a primarily chair based session. Participants are welcome to switch between the sessions as circumstances dictate.

The Yoga focuses on the postures and relaxation elements of Yoga rather than the spiritual aspects favoured by some classes. Of equal importance to the actual Yoga is the spirit of friendship and support generated and the sessions are usually “informally” extended in the Café below. There is no need to book a place, simply turn up.
Mats are provided but you are encouraged to bring your own.
