This 3 hour workshop is the perfect gentle introduction to SILC, for Ceroc/MJ dancers who want to feel more comfortable and competent dancing to slower tempos and smoother music. This isn’t learning a whole new dance style - it’s about adapting your existing dance skills and moves, using SILC techniques to soften movements, improve connection and smooth out weight transfer

 ✨ ???? ??’?? ?????:
• What makes SILC different from standard Ceroc (in a simple, easy-to-understand way)
• The SILC essentials (basic steps) and a handful of SILC foundation moves 
• SILC techniques to adapt familiar Ceroc moves/movements to fit slower tempos
• How to slow things down without feeling stuck or awkward

• Dancers who enjoy slower music but who feel awkward dancing to it and would like to feel more comfortable on the freestyle floor
• Dancers who are comfortable dancing to slower music, but want their dancing to look smoother and flow more.
• Dancers who find Ceroc/MJ a little energetic and would like to learn a smoother variation.

• Clear, friendly instruction from experienced teachers

SILC is about quality over quantity. It’s not just about slower dancing, it’s also about confidence, comfort, and enjoyment. You’ll leave the workshop with a set of skills that you can take straight onto the freestyle floor and adapt your dancing with. There’s no rushing, no pressure, and plenty of time to practice and ask questions.. Come ready to slow things down, refine your dancing, and discover a smoother side of Ceroc.

This workshop must be pre-booked - please do not turn up on the day without a booking. This helps us prepare for you, and allows us to maintain a healthy gender/role balance so you can get the most out of your workshop.

This workshop is not suitable for Ceroc beginners. Dancers attending this workshop should be learning at intermediate level or higher, and be able to competently and comfortably dance in general freestyle.
