Learning Reiki is more than picking up a new skill—it’s an invitation to understand energy, presence, and yourself on a deeper level. 

At its core, Reiki teaches you how to work with subtle energy to support relaxation, balance, and healing. As you learn, you become more aware of how stress shows up in your body and how to shift out of constant “fight or flight” into a calmer, more grounded state. Many people notice improved sleep, clearer focus, and a stronger sense of emotional stability simply from practicing Reiki regularly.

One of the biggest benefits of learning Reiki is that it is self-empowering. You’re not dependent on anyone else to support your well-being—you can use Reiki on yourself anytime, anywhere. Over time, this builds trust in your intuition and deepens your connection to your body. 

Reiki training often helps people become more present, compassionate, and emotionally resilient, which naturally improves their relationships and everyday decision-making skills. 

Beyond personal healing, learning Reiki also opens the door to helping others. Whether you want to support friends and family or eventually offer sessions professionally, Reiki is a gentle yet powerful way to contribute to collective well-being. Many students also find that Reiki accelerates personal growth, spiritual awareness, and alignment with their true purpose. 

I am running a Shoden class to start your Reiki journey in the traditional Eastern style of Reiki. 

Classes take place over 2 consecutive days. 
On the course you will: 

• Find out what Reiki is and just what it can do for you and others
• Discover the history and development of Reiki
• Be taught the Reiki precepts 
• Learn self-healing meditations and energy exercises 
• Receive 4 attunements to connect you to Reiki energy
• Practice hands on healing of yourself and others
• Be given a full manual 
• Recieve Shoden level certification with direct lineage to Mikao   
  Usui

You will also receive on-going support from myself and my other students.
