Immersive Sound Bath in Taunton

Relax and unwind with an hour of meditation and sound healing using crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum and more.

You can lie back and enjoy the relaxing waves of sound as you are guided by the crystal singing bowls. Not only giving yourself some time of self care, but also the added bonus of healing with sound which can help with stress, fatigue, and depression symptoms.

An hour of restoration on your physical, emotional and energy bodies.

Bring a mat, pillow and anything you need to get cosy.

All genders are welcome. No experience in meditation is needed to benefit from the session.
