Meeting every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 PM
Yoga on Tuesdays – a gentle flow focused on stretching, mobility, breathwork, and building confidence with the basics.
Pilates on Thursdays – slow, controlled movements to strengthen your core, improve posture, and support overall stability.
Both classes are designed for true beginners — we move at a comfortable pace, break down each exercise, and offer modifications so everyone feels supported.
