For group bookings, please contact us at 01643 704996. Be aware that seats are extremely limited, so booking in advance is recommended. Please note, only assistance dogs are allowed on our festive trains. Please advise us when making your booking if you need to bring an assistance dog with you.

Important: Should you place multiple bookings and wish to have your groups seated together, kindly inform us in the booking notes or by emailing info@wsrail.net with the distinct booking references and names of the groups. Please do so as soon as possible after booking your tickets. We will ensure that all tickets within a single booking are seated together. Advance notice of any special access requirements for your party is also appreciated.

Please be aware that this service departs from Bishops Lydeard Station on the West Somerset Railway. All details regarding how to reach us will be included in your confirmation email along with your tickets. It is crucial that you read this information thoroughly to ensure timely arrival at the event. Owing to the high demand for our services, we cannot guarantee accommodation on an alternative service should you miss your train or arrive at an incorrect departure point.
