Step into an hour of deep rest and renewal within the sacred walls of St Chad’s Church in Tushingham. This beautiful 19th-century Gothic Revival church, with its serene atmosphere and gentle acoustics, provides the perfect sanctuary for a healing Sound Bath.

A Sound Bath in a church is something very special. The natural acoustics amplify every tone of the crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, creating waves of vibration that move through you with even greater depth. Combined with the stillness of this sacred space, the experience is profoundly grounding and uplifting.

The space, instruments, and crystals are lovingly cleansed and infused with Reiki before you arrive. 
 
A crystal grid is created to hold the highest intention for your journey. 
 
You’ll be gently guided into stillness, releasing tension and opening to your intention for the session.

Sound baths are not suitable for anyone in their 1st trimester of pregnancy, if you have sound induced epilepsy, a pacemaker, weak heart, metal, or stents in your brain …severe chronic depression, sensitive hearing, for under 12’s please ask …. If you are unsure, please seek medical advice. 
 
If you are booking for someone else, please let them know about the contraindications listed above to make sure it is suitable.
