Piscean Flow Immersive Sound Bath

Join Claire for this water element focused immersive sound bath as we flow into the Piscean season.

Pisces is a mutable water sign known for intuition, empathy, and a connection to the spiritual realm.

During this sound bath we will focus on emotional release and visualise "swimming" through the subconscious using a range of instruments that mimic water, such as ocean drums, shells, rainsticks (Aqua/Water elements) to honour this zodiac energy. We will also tap into the Sacral chakra and use other sound healing methods such a vocal toning, as well as the gongs, and Tibetan Singing Bowls using the musical note D.



We will allow time at the end of the session to connect with each other or to simply reflect with a herbal tea and homemade sweet treats.
