Please join us for a self-empowering weekend of healing and discovery with Grov-trained Breathwork facilitator and therapist Sole Carbone. Sole has over 2 decades working with groups internationally with Breathwork, yoga and sound therapy. See her webpage link below.
We welcome newcomers and experienced Breathworkers alike to our small gathering in a safe and nurturing space, just outside of the village of Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia. Come for the whole weekend or just pick the days that call to you.
FRIDAY CRYSTAL ALCHEMY SINGING BOWL SOUND BATH
The weekend starts on Friday evening with a healing sound journey as Sole tones her crystal alchemy singing bowls. These shimmering ethereal sound vibrations work through our physical bodies to heal, bring awareness of the whole.

HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK DAY RETREAT
Combining the use of breath and music to induce amplified and non-ordinary states of consciousness, this psychedelic therapy brings deep and immediate insight at all levels: emotional, physical, mental and spiritual. Breathwork helps with unresolved trauma, creative/emotional blocks, feelings of stagnation, depression, anxiety and expands your horizon of possibilities and inner knowledge. Come for 1 OR 2 days.
CREATIVE EXPRESSION SESSION
After the Breathwork journey, we will fully integrate our experiences through drawing, painting and discussion.
