Paneme proovile jõu, osavuse, täpsuse ja kiiruse – päeva jooksul saab kaasa lüüa mitmes erinevas väljakutses:
📦 Kastipanemine
Eesmärgiks on koos paarilisega ehitada kastidest võimalikult kõrge torn. No ikka nii kõrge, et on, millega terve õppeaasta hoobelda!
🧗 Kastironimine
Kui kõrgused Sind ei heiduta, oled oodatud kastironimisele! Eesmärk on laduda kast kasti haaval võimalikult kõrge torn ja samal ajal ise selle otsa ronida. Kogu tegevuse vältel tagab turvalisuse koolitatud instruktor, kes aitab ronijat julgestada ja hoiab tegevusel silma peal. 🥏 Discgolf – Hole in One
Kui täpselt lendab Sinu ketas? Taba sihtmärki võimalikult väheste visetega ning vaata, kas suudad kirja saada tõelise hole in one'i!
🏋️ Fitness Challenge
Lühike ja hoogne võistlus, kus saad näidata tugevust, vastupidavust ja kiirust. Tegemist on vähendatud mahus fitness challenge'iga, seega ei pea olema tippsportlane – tule ja anna endast lihtsalt parim!
♿ Ratastoolisprint
Kui kiirelt suudad liikuda ratastooliga? Pane end proovile lühikesel sprindil! 
🎯 Noolevise
Vajalik on täpsus ja rahulik käsi. Kas suudad tabada märki paremini kui sõbrad?

Terve Tartu IDUS päev on üles ehitatud nii, et saaksid lihtsalt läbi astuda, erinevaid tegevusi proovida ja lihtsalt kaasa lüüa. Võta kaasa sõber, kursusekaaslased või tule hoopis üksi – tegevusi jagub kõigile!

Come and enjoy an active and fun afternoon at Tartu Applied Health Sciences University together with the Student and Sports Council! IDUS Day is open to everyone – whether you are a dedicated sports enthusiast, simply curious or eager to try something new.

Put your strength, agility, accuracy and speed to the test by taking part in a variety of challenges throughout the day:
📦 Box Stacking
Working with a partner, your goal is to build the tallest possible tower out of crates. Make it tall enough to boast about for the rest of the academic year!
🧗 Box Climbing
If you are not afraid of heights, come and try crate climbing! The aim is to stack the crates one by one while climbing on top of the growing tower. A trained instructor will supervise the activity and belay the climber to ensure safety throughout. 🥏 Disc Golf – Hole in One
How accurately can you throw a disc? Hit the target in as few throws as possible and see whether you can score a true hole-in-one!
🏋️ Fitness Challenge
A short and energetic competition where you can demonstrate your strength, endurance and speed. This is a shorter version of a fitness challenge, so you do not need to be a top athlete – just come along and do your best!
♿ Wheelchair Sprint
How fast can you move in a wheelchair? Put yourself to the test in a short sprint!
🎯 Darts
Accuracy and a steady hand are essential. Can you hit the target more accurately than your friends?

IDUS Day for the Whole of Tartu is designed so that you can simply drop by, try different activities and join in the fun. Bring a friend or your coursemates, or come on your own – there will be something for everyone!
