Tarragindi Connect & Share: Introducing Family Foods

Adding family foods into your baby's diet is an exciting time for families but with so much information out there, it can be overwhelming. It can really help to be prepared. We will be talking about reasons for introducing family foods, signs that your baby is ready and also different methods of introducing. Come and hear from other families who have been there. There will be lots of time to catch up and connect.

There will be plenty of time for connecting and chatting too.

We will meet from 9.45 am (we don't mind if you are late) at Laura Street Park, Laura Street, Tarragindi. A small coffee or drink of choice is included from the cafe close by.

Friends, partners, support people and older children all welcome. A qualified breastfeeding counsellor will be available to speak with.
