Forest Walk and Journaling

Step into the forest and give yourself the gift of time, stillness, and self-reflection.

Join me for a gentle guided walk in Toohey Forest, followed by a short journaling session. Whether you are an experienced hiker, a budding writer, or just looking to slow down and reconnect, this session is for anyone who wants to spend intentional time in nature and in their own mind.

What will we be doing:

• A gentle mindful walk (~45–60 minutes), with occasional pauses to observe, reflect, and take it all in.
• A 20-minute journaling session at the end, where you can write, sketch, create lists, or just free-flow thoughts. Journaling prompts will be provided for those who need a more guided approach.
• Quiet contemplation and gentle conversation.

Location: Toohey Forest entrance, Isabella St, Tarragindi

Time: 7:00am – 8:30am

The walk does not have many steep inclines and is mostly flat, however some parts of it are on a dirt track and not suitable for a pram or wheelchair.

Don't forget to bring your favourite notebook and pen!
