We will begin with walk and talk through the gardens, where Claire will show you the highlights within the garden, so you can roam around later (without getting lost). We then settle into our quiet space and enjoy a gentle, invigorating outdoor Pilates flow, specifically designed to connect your body and breath while immersed in nature. As the sun begins to warm up we transition into a deeply restorative sound bath. 

Lie back on your mat and let the soothing vibrations of voice and instruments wash over you, calming the nervous system and promoting deep rest.

This lovely workshop includes;
