All pre-event registration and the briefing has been moved online and must be done in advance. This new check-in system is mandatory and will involve completing an indemnity form electronically.
You will receive multiple emails once your booking is confirmed. These will be sent nearer the time of the event.
The first has the registration and briefing links as well as 2 attachments with useful information.
The briefing video can only be viewed 24 hours before the event.
The second email usually sent 24 hours before the event has the garage plan for the day

Licence requirements to attend this car trackday have changed. ‘All’ drivers will be required to provide a ‘full road driving licence’ at registration. ‘All race licences’ are no longer accepted (in isolation) at registration. There are no changes to the vehicle requirements. Drivers aged 17 with a road licence must book by phone.
Arms and legs must be covered and a helmet must be worn by all drivers and passengers in the car at all times.
Up to two additional drivers are permitted per car
Up to two passengers are permitted provided they are aged over 16
Full Face helmets (complete with visor) are compulsory in any Open or Soft Top vehicle.

Please note, vehicles such as SUV, pick-up and similar off-road type vehicles are not permitted on car track days. If you are unsure if your Car is suitable please contact us before placing a booking.
