Join us for a deeply nurturing breathwork journey with Saloni, centred around the art of receiving.
In our busy everyday lives, many of us find it difficult to slow down, open up and truly receive. This 2-hour session is your space to soften, reconnect, and nourish yourself while being held in a supportive circle of women.
Together, we’ll move through a guided journey designed to help you feel grounded, lighter and more connected to yourself.

The breathwork itself uses the CCB technique which is continuous mouth breathing and will last approximately 1 hour.

Afterwards, we’ll take time to gently integrate the experience, followed by delicious food and open sharing for the final hour.
