🎁 Tarpon Springs High School Alumni Family & Friends‼️ 17 Years of Local Love — You’re Invited! ❤️
This year marks our 17th Annual Toy Collection supporting local children and families through the Tarpon Springs Cops n’ Kids Youth Program, and we would love for you to join us in continuing this tradition of kindness, connection, and community.
I also want to gently acknowledge the broader challenges many families are facing right now with the government shutdown and interruptions to SNAP and EBT benefits. Many of the same households supported through the Cops n’ Kids Youth Center are among those who may be impacted. With food insecurity and added stress surrounding basic needs, this season may be especially difficult for some children in our community. Your support helps ensure that, come Christmas, they still feel joy, dignity, and a reminder that their community cares.
Please note: This year’s event will be held one week earlier — Friday, December 5 — due to city event scheduling changes. Same spirit, same mission, just a bit sooner!
🎁 Donation Details & Most-Needed Items:
• New, unwrapped toys (ages 1–12)
Some highly requested items include:
• Baby Alive dolls
• Legos of all kinds (for both girls and boys)
• Toddler bikes
• A couple of teen bikes
• Bike helmets
• Knee and elbow pads (ages 2–12)
• Gift cards

Your monetary gifts help the program honor each child’s personal wish list, ensuring they receive something meaningful they’ve truly hoped for.
We’re grateful that Tarpon Tavern will once again host us on their newly renovated outdoor patio. Come enjoy dinner, craft drinks, and holiday cheer while reconnecting with friends, alumni, and neighbors. Can’t stay? Our “Santa’s helpers” will be available for drive-up/drop-off donations.
