Papper Quilling Class

Paper quilling is the art of form of rolling, shaping and gluing paper strips to creative decorative designs. It is also known as paper filigree. You will be provided all the tools and materials needed for this class and a beautiful 5×7 shadow box frame to display your artwork. Class is only $45.00 Come join us February 21st 6:00pm.
