The longest night of the year is a powerful moment in the solar cycle where we are reminded that in the darkness, our light must be found and shared from within. A time to clear and let go, a time for reflection, a time of gratitude for what's been and what will be. This is a celebration of the knowledge that lighter days are coming. Let the light from the fire help usher in the light of the sun into our skies and hearts.
Fire rituals are as old as the human race; fire symbolizes healing, transformation, rites of passage, life, passion and divine connection. We are taught from a very young age that fire will burn you; and it can. However, it also heals and empowers something deep inside of us that gives way to new life! With guidance and preparation, I can show you how to walk over 1400 deg F coals without injury.

The Firewalking workshop is designed to give you an awareness of how you move through obstacles, examine if your beliefs are chosen and supportive of what you want to create in your life. It will also give you tools to expand your energetic body to hold and maintain more energy.
You are always at choice and that includes crossing the coals and it can be just as powerful to watch others walk. The workshop will offer you the opportunity to start this season with a new perspective which ever path you choose.
Once you have walked across Fire (or watched others walk), you will know in your bones that you are capable of creating everything you desire in this life.
You'll be guided by an experienced facilitator who is trained in firewalking and will create a safe and supportive environment for your journey of self-discovery. Your guide, Mishawn, is a Certified Sundoor Firewalk Instructor and a member of the Global Firewalking Alliance. She’s been facilitating and participating in empowerment workshops since 2014. She is joined by special guest (and fellow Sundoor Alumni) Jim Gardner of Nada Guru.
