INTERNATIONAL 3D ARCHERY TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS

I. LOKALIZACJA I CHARAKTER WYDARZENIA / LOCATION & CHARACTER

Park Sanguszków to historyczna perła Tarnowa, łącząca XVIII-wieczną architekturę z unikatowym starodrzewem i rzeźbą terenu. Wyjątkowe ukształtowanie tego zabytkowego obszaru czyni go idealnym miejscem dla wymagającego łucznictwa terenowego 3D. Turniej w tym otoczeniu to prestiżowe wydarzenie łączące sportową pasję z głębokim szacunkiem do polskiego dziedzictwa kulturowego. Prosimy o zachowanie szczególnej ostrożności ze względu na spacerowiczów oraz zabytkowy drzewostan parku.

II. INFORMACJE PODSTAWOWE / BASIC INFORMATION

III. ZASADY TECHNICZNE / TECHNICAL RULES (CEA3D)

Format: 14 stanowisk po 2 cele 3D (łącznie 28 celów) / 14 stations with 2 targets each (28 targets total).

Strzelanie / Shooting: 2 strzały do każdego celu z nieznanego dystansu / 2 arrows per target from an unknown distance.

Czas / Timing: Łucznik ma 90 sekund na oddanie strzałów od momentu dotknięcia kołka / 90 seconds per station from the moment of touching the peg.

Kontakt z kołkiem / Peg Contact: Łucznik musi dotykać kołka i znajdować się za nim w pozycji strzeleckiej / Archer must touch the peg and stand behind it.

Kołki / Pegs: Ustawione w jednej linii do celu / Pegs set in one line to the target.

Dystanse i Kołki / Distances & Pegs:

+ Biały / White (3–15 m): Dzieci do lat 13 (wszystkie łuki) / Mini (up to 13 years - all bows).

+ Niebieski / Blue (10–30 m): Junior, Adult, Veteran – łuki, pb-hb, tradycyjne / Traditional and pb-hb bows.

+ Czerwony / Red (10–50 m): Junior, Adult, Veteran – BB, OL, CB, CU, HU, (Bloczkowe).

IV. KATEGORIE I OPŁATY / DIVISIONS & FEES
Kategorie wiekowe (Mężczyźni i Kobiety / Male & Female):

Mini: do 13 lat / up to 13 years.

Junior: 14–17 lat / 14–17 years.

Adult: 18–55 lat / 18–55 years.

Veteran: 56–99 lat / 56–99 years.

Wpisowe / Entry Fee (obiad w cenie / lunch included):

Dzieci / Children (Mini): €15.

Junior (Ju): €20.

Pozostali / Others: €25.

Organizator zapewnia bezpłatne napoje na trasie / Free drinks provided on the course.

V. BEZPIECZEŃSTWO I LOGISTYKA / SAFETY & LOGISTICS
Alkohol: Obowiązuje bezwzględny zakaz spożywania alkoholu przed i w trakcie zawodów. Wykrycie skutkuje natychmiastową dyskwalifikacją / Alcohol is strictly forbidden – immediate disqualification upon detection.

Punktacja / Scoring: 1 karta wyników lub punktacja online w telefonie (zależnie od decyzji organizatora). Wyniki muszą być sumowane na bieżąco / Scores must be added continuously.

Ochrona Parku: Gwarantuje się nienaruszalność terenu. Cele 3D stabilizowane są wyłącznie wyciąganymi szpilkami, nie pozostawiając trwałych śladów / Targets fixed with pins only. No permanent damage to the ground or trees.

Sędzia Główny / Main Referee: Odpowiada za inspekcję trasy oraz kontrolę płynności i poprawności punktowania.

VI. NAGRODY / AWARDS
Zwycięzcy (miejsca 1–3) w każdej kategorii otrzymają pamiątkowe medale i dyplomy / Medals and diplomas for places 1–3 in all divisions.

VII. HARMONOGRAM / SCHEDULE
08:00 – 08:45: Rejestracja i rozgrzewka / Registration & Practice range.

08:45 – 09:00: Odprawa techniczna i BHP / Technical & Safety briefing.

09:15: Rozpoczęcie zawodów / Competition start.

15:00: Ciepły posiłek i ceremonia dekoracji / Lunch & Award ceremony.
