Not competing that’s okay stop down check out the gym and watch men & women push their body’s to the limit!

With $30 Donation:
- Participate & Compete in 1 or All Events
- Receive a Greatness Athletics Long Sleeve T-shirt
- All Participants to achieve 1,000LBs+ for Men or 500LBs+ for Women receive “1,000LB Club” T-shirt
- All Participants to achieve 1,000LBs+ for Men or 500LBs+ for Women or Win there event shall receive their Name & Record on Plaque

• Bench Press - Hit Chest & Fully Extend Arms.
• Squat - Hit 90 degrees/Parallel or Deeper in Squat & Stand Up Completely.
• Deadlift - Men, Standard DL. Women, Standard or Sumo DL.
All 3 Max 1 Rep Lifts Added Up Totaling 1,000LB+ for Men or 500LB+ for Women
