We are energetic beings. Vibrational beings. We attract into our lives people, situations, experiences, etc., that match our vibrational frequency.

I invite you to pause for a moment and look at your life. I imagine there are wonderful parts of your life and other aspects that are less desirable. You’ve attracted it all in. It’s just that the more negative aspects come from what’s unhealed (and no doubt unconscious) within you!

In many ways, our lives reflect back to us what is healed and what is unhealed within us.

Every time we dance our chakras, we heal a little. We heal the next layer that has been lying unresolved, unprocessed, unexpressed. With each dance, we change our vibrational frequency. We become lighter and clearer. As our frequency changes, we begin to attract a new vibrational match. This can include new opportunities, experiences, and/or people.

We’ve talked about it for months, and it’s finally here! The full 9-week Freedom Chakradance Class will be held at Oak Grove Retreat Center each Saturday morning from January 24th through April 4th. (There will be no class on February 21 or March 21). Classes will be from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM.

Chakradance is a free-flowing, totally independent dance that is supported by music specially orchestrated to match the frequency of each individual chakra. Blindfolds will be offered and recommended. Additionally, you will receive guided visualizations to support your journey. The dance is followed by a short mandala creation to integrate your dance experience.

Week one will be an introductory week. Over the next 10 weeks, we will be dancing and discussing each chakra, beginning with the base. The final week will be an integration week. It is recommended that you attend each session to receive the full benefit.

The cost of the full course will be $300. This cost covers each session and your personal copy of Chakradance: Move Your Chakras, Change Your Life by Natalie Southgate, founder of Chakradance.
