Take in the sights and sounds of the season with a free horse-drawn carriage ride through the Central Business District of Downtown Tarboro. Sponsored by the Town of Tarboro and the annual sponsors of the Tarboro Development Corporation, these rides will begin and end at the corner of Main Street and Church Street, just outside Tarboro Coffee House.

Rides are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, weather permitting, on December 4th and 11th, and are free to the public.
? December 4th: Join us for the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony beginning at 6:00 PM, followed by festive caroling on Courthouse Square from the North East Carolina Prep School and Edgecombe County Public Schools choruses.

These holiday favorites are made possible through the generous support of the many sponsors of the Tarboro Development Corporation.
