✨This retreat is guided by Gaetan, certified Wim Hof Method instructor, and Alina, 200hr certified yoga teacher.
Together, they have led many groups through breath, movement, and cold immersion. After more than 3 years living in Estonia and
embracing its wild winters, Gaetan & Alina has learned to connect deeply with the cold and the beauty of Estonian nature - and
now they are ready to share this experience with you.
With only 10 participants, you will enjoy a warm, intimate setting with plenty of personal attention and support. Our base will
be at Mikka Majutus (Pihlaspea), with activities on site and in the surrounding nature. Expect the unexpected, but trust you will be
immersed in peaceful nature...

✨Program:
Although there is always a rough outline, “no program” is a
Wim Hof Method mantra. For the best experience, go in with an open mind and without expectations.
We start on the 27th of February, you will be picked up in Tallinn
at 17h (or meet directly on the spot if you have a car). Our adventure ends on the 1st of March around 15h in Tallinn. Transportation to the retreat center from and to Tallinn is included in case you don’t have a car.

You will receive a packing list a few weeks before the retreat.
What you will definitely need:
• Warm clothing
• Day bagpack
• Yogamat & blanket
• Hiking/Snow shoes
• Hat and gloves
• Swimsuit, towels & flipflops
• Water shoes
✨Accomodation:
You will be staying at the heart of Lahemaa National Park at Mikka Majutus with beautiful forests and sea shores nearby. Accomodation with shared facilities (showers and toilets are
shared with roomates), sauna, pond and hot tube. Shared rooms are mixed gendrered and separate gendered if possible.
✨Meals:
Vegetarian food will be provided throughout the whole weekend to keep us fueled for our adventures.
All meals included. Vegans are welcome !
This travel is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.
This retreat requires a minimum number of participants. In the unlikely event that the minimum is not reached, all bookings will be cancelled and you will receive a refund (minus a small 10% administrative fee)
