👤 About James

James has over 20 years in the therapeutic field and serves as the Lead Educator for Echo Training. For more than a decade, he’s facilitated trauma-informed, relationship-centered communication rooted in:

Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
Nervous system regulation
Somatic awareness

James helps individuals and groups build emotional literacy, navigate conflict, and repair trust in high-stress environments. His spaces are both safe and accountable, where vulnerability and clear boundaries can coexist.
