In this session, we’ll explore the changes in pelvic floor and sexual health that often occur during midlife—addressing common concerns around intimacy, bladder health, pain, and body awareness. Led by trusted local practitioners, this workshop creates a safe space to normalize the conversation, share practical tools, and support healing.
