Breathwork & Recharge at ZEN.Qld Rejuvenation package:

BREATHWORK:
A breathwork experience for energy & clarity, nervous system maintenance, based on the science & art of breathing. You will leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, alive! This is your chance to return home to yourself in a gently guided breath meditation.
- TRANSFORMATIONAL Session: Breathwork brings back your vibrancy! You build energy yet experience deep relaxation, find clarity & focus, peace of mind, create more flow, release pent-up tension or stress that must go.
In this workshop you can expect to:
- EXPLORE multiple breathing techniques, gently and at your own pace. This is a somatic experience, where the breathing patterns become like a meditation.
- Simple sound healing and body work are integrated into this session.
- REGULATE your nervous system, build resilience and capacity.
- a communiTEA to be shared afterwards for those who wish!
- Yoga Mats and bolsters provided.
- Please bring a Blanket, pillow, water.

- Tickets are NOT refundable. However we understand life happens, tickets purchases can be forwarded to another participant for this same Breathwork event.
*Important: *Medical contra-indications apply* for both breathwork and Sauna/Ice baths at Zen, including but not limited to: epilepsy, pregnancy, history of stroke, cardiovascular condition, hypertension, glaucoma, severe asthma, uncontrolled diabetes/thyroid disease, serious mental illness (like Bipolar or schizophrenia).
* Please contact the organisers before purchasing a ticket if you have a specific medical condition as you may require medical clearance. All participants will be required to sign a waiver prior class and sauna/or ice bath.
