Stephen Strosnider is the Executive Director of the Carroll County Arts Council, where he is leading a revitalized vision to connect, inspire, and strengthen the community through the arts. With a background in theater, design, and arts education, Stephen brings over two decades of experience in creative leadership and community engagement. His work focuses on making the arts accessible, inclusive, and central to civic life in Carroll County and beyond.
