Irresistible Force is hosting a relaxed, narrative-focused Age of Darkness event on Saturday April 4th.

This is a casual day of Horus Heresy gaming with a focus on enjoyable matches, well-presented armies, and a friendly atmosphere.

Event Details
Date: Saturday April 4th
Start Time: 9:00am (please arrive by 8:45am)
Estimated Finish: Around 6:00pm
Entry Fee: $35 (includes food)
Food provided by Crusts Pizza or Vinnie’s Pizza & Pasta

Format
3 rounds total
Best Coast Pairings
Small prize for 1st place
Lucky door prizes throughout the day
Best Painted award judged on the day

Round Timing
Each round is 2 hours and 45 minutes
All missions are played for a maximum of 4 turns
Players may mutually agree to end a game early after Turn 3 if both sides are finished
Lunch break of 30 minutes after Round 1

Army Restrictions
No Primarchs permitted
Lords of War allowed in Rounds 1 and 2 only
No Lords of War permitted in Round 3

Missions
Round 1 (3000 points): The Heart of Battle – Search and Destroy deployment
Round 2 (3000 points): The Crucible of War – Hammer and Anvil deployment
Round 3 (2500 points): Salvage Site (Skitari Mission) – deployment as per mission rules

Army Lists must be submitted on the day, emailed or written / printed. For mission 3
(2500-points) it will be a separate army list, you can also do a modified list down from your original 3000-point list used in round 1 & 2.

Warhammer Minimum painting standards required: 3 base colours including miniature based.
