Join us for Budget cEDH, a competitive Commander event designed to test your skill, deckbuilding creativity, and piloting precision — all on a fair and balanced budget! With a $150 USD maximum value can you pull it off ?
This event is Competitive REL, uses the Commander Rules Committee banlist, and features deck value verification to ensure everyone competes on even ground.

This is a Budget cEDH Event — no proxies allowed.
Decks must meet the budget cap and will be verified at check-in.
Deck Submission & Verification
All deck lists must be submitted via Moxfield link (set to cheapest available print) using Cardkingdom pricing and value.
Deck value (Excluding Basic lands) can not exceed $150 USD.

⚔️ Event Format
4 Swiss Rounds (85 minutes each)
Top 16 Cut, followed by Top 4 Pod Finals
Matches are single-game multiplayer pods (4 players)
Top 16 & Finals have no time limit (players must play efficiently)
Competitive REL, no proxies, decklists required
Strict slow-play enforcement.
Tournament Rules
1. Player Conduct
Eliminated players become spectators only — no strategic input.
Unsporting behavior or outside assistance will result in penalties.
2. Match Structure
One game per round.
Random starting player during Swiss rounds.
In Top Cut, Seat 1 begins the game.
Drawn games are recorded as a draw.
3. End of Match
When time is called, the active player finishes their turn (Turn 0).
The game ends when that turn concludes — no additional turns.
If no winner is determined, the match is declared a draw.
4. Conceding
Concessions must occur on your turn with an empty stack.
Any other concessions must be handled through a judge.

6. Hidden Information
Players may look at hidden cards only when permitted.
Hidden information may be verbally shared but not physically revealed unless rules allow.
7. Penalties & Infractions
Tardiness: 1 minute late = Turn Skip. 5 minutes = Match Loss.
Outside Assistance: Match Loss.
Decklist / Marked Cards: Turn Skip (replacements with basic lands allowed).
Unsporting Conduct: Warning or Turn Skip or disqualification depending on severity.
Slow Play / Tournament Impediment: Strictly enforced.
