Tournament Rules 1. Player Conduct Eliminated players become spectators only — no strategic input. Unsporting behavior or outside assistance will result in penalties. 2. Match Structure One game per round. Random starting player during Swiss rounds. In Top Cut, Seat 1 begins the game. Drawn games are recorded as a draw. 3. End of Match When time is called, the active player finishes their turn (Turn 0). The game ends when that turn concludes — no additional turns. If no winner is determined, the match is declared a draw. 4. Conceding Concessions must occur on your turn with an empty stack. Any other concessions must be handled through a judge. 5. Tiebreakers Match Points Match Win % Opponents’ Average Match Points Opponents’ Win % 6. Hidden Information Players may look at hidden cards only when permitted.
