Walk and talk

I would like to remind everyone about the weekly walks that takes place every Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm. We meet in the skatepark car park near the bowling alley before walking together around the castle grounds.

These walks are organised to provide support for individuals who may be experiencing challenges with their mental health. As we approach the Christmas season, it is especially important to recognise that this time of year can be difficult for many people with Financial pressures related to gift-giving, social events, and increased expenses,Loneliness or social isolation, especially for those without close family or friends,Grief and bereavement, as the holidays often highlight the absence of lost loved ones,Family conflict or strained relationships, which can be heightened during gatherings and Increased stress from busy schedules, expectations, and festive obligations.
