Ask your questions, get to know the SQUAD, slow down, breathe, and spend time with amazing, like-minded people :)

Bring your tea, coffee, snacks, whatever you fancy and let's explore this wonderful park.

We are exploring a different route than first time, so it's going to be something new, even if you joined us the first time :)

The event is FREE, however there's a small fee for the car park.
As there is a Park Run on Saturdays, the car park for the full day is only £2, as long as you get your ticket before 9am.

This also means bathrooms open early too!
