We’re launching our Group Capacity Building Program and would love you to be part of the journey.

This is not your typical day program.

We are moving away from the standard 9–4 model and creating something more flexible, practical, and tailored to individual needs. This program is focused on building real-life skills, confidence, and meaningful connections in the community.

Most importantly, this will be a consultative process.  
We want your input.

On the day, you’ll have the opportunity to:
• Share your ideas  
• Help shape the direction of the program  
• Be part of naming it  

At Holistic Recovery, we already run a range of group supports that focus on practical and meaningful outcomes:
• ? Ladies Life Hacks – hands-on skills like sewing, tailoring, and creating  
• ? Cooking groups – building everyday skills you can use at home  
• ? Art groups – relaxed, therapeutic, and social  
• ? Gardening group – growing and using our own produce  
• ? Fishing group – connection, routine, and time outdoors  

This new program brings these elements together with a stronger focus on capacity building and independence.

We will also be taking a moment on the day to acknowledge and farewell our art instructor, Pam, and celebrate the incredible contribution she has made to our art groups and the Holistic Recovery community.

Join us for afternoon tea, meet the team, and see what we’re building together.
