Every element of this retreat has been lovingly created to help you release what no longer serves you and step into the final quarter of the year with renewed clarity, purpose and peace. Our Journey Together We begin at a very special altar… Not an ordinary altar, but a beautiful Caterpillar Garden, lovingly created by artist Rebekah. Inspired by the journey of the butterfly, this sacred space invites you to reflect on what you’re ready to shed as you move towards the final chapter of the year. We’ll gather with a cup of ceremonial grade cacao before receiving gentle guidance from the Butterfly Oracle Cards, setting intentions for the afternoon ahead. From here we’ll move into a playful yet deeply nourishing Shakti Woman Somatic Flow, using props and flowing through different genres of music. Yes… there will even be butterfly wings to wear as we embrace freedom, joy and transformation. After our movement practice we’ll enjoy a vibrant lunch lovingly prepared by Tracey Loveland—colourful Buddha bowls, delicious sweet treats adorned with butterflies and a selection of beautiful herbal teas. The Afternoon After lunch we’ll divide into two smaller groups. One group will remain in the studio to experience our much-loved Cocoon & Sound Journey, allowing you to completely surrender into deep rest and healing. The second group will make their way to the Zen Den, where Rebekah will guide you through a creative Vision Board Workshop, helping you explore what you’re ready to release and what you’re calling into your life as the year unfolds. The groups will then swap so everyone enjoys both experiences. We reunite for a soothing Butterfly Face Ritual, using handcrafted botanical products lovingly made by Rachel from this year’s seasonal plants and herbs. As your skin is nourished, you’ll sip a beautiful butterfly-inspired mocktail before we gather for our closing circle. Together we’ll ground, reflect and gently return home feeling lighter, calmer and ready to spread our wings. Everything has been lovingly crafted to create a truly memorable afternoon.
