A deeply restorative, energetically amplified healing experience beneath our beautiful copper pyramid in the heart of the Zen Den.
Our copper pyramid has been custom made to sit within this sacred space — a structure long associated with energy amplification, balance and alignment. Copper itself is known as a powerful conductor of energy, believed to enhance the flow of subtle frequencies within the body. When combined with intentional healing work, the pyramid shape is said to:
• Support energetic alignment
• Amplify healing intentions
• Encourage deep meditative states
• Promote balance across the chakra system
• Create a contained, focused energetic field
This intimate small-group session (maximum 6 guests) allows each person to receive focused attention within the pyramid’s field.
What to Expect
As you enter the pyramid, we will begin with dowsing to gently check in with your energy field — identifying areas that may need additional support or balancing.
Rachel and Maz will then work intuitively with:
• Reiki
• Crystal healing
• Therapeutic touch
• Acupressure & point manipulation
• Tuning forks
• Singing bowls

Tuning forks and bowls will be used on specific areas of the body to support energetic recalibration, while acupressure points are activated to release tension and stagnation.
Crystals will be placed both on and around the body — including our beautiful amethyst positioned at the centre of the pyramid — creating a grid of calm, clarity and protection.
Sacred oils will gently burn in the Zen Den, while the soft draped ceiling enhances the cocooning, soothing atmosphere.
Once the body has fully softened, you will be wrapped up snug and offered a warm eye compress as sound carries you into deep rest and integration.
This is a space to receive.

For this session you will need to be able to lie down .
Contraindications & Important Information
This session involves Reiki, sound therapy (including tuning forks and singing bowls), acupressure, essential oils and energy work. While deeply relaxing, it may not be suitable for everyone.
Please inform us before booking if you have:
Sound Therapy / Tuning Fork Contraindications
• Pacemaker or implanted electrical devices
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Severe sound sensitivity
• Pregnancy
• Recent surgery (within 6–8 weeks)
• Metal implants in areas where tuning forks may be applied
