Join a new fitness class at our Tamworth Assembly Rooms before our weekly Silver Screen Movie Club matinee performances.
If you are looking for fun, low impact way to stay active, improve mobility, and connect with others in a supportive environment, this class is for you! All fitness levels are welcome.

This class will help with:
Improving flexibility: Increase your range of motion and reduce stiffness.
Build strength: Gently tone muscles and support bone health.
Enhance balance: Boost Stability and confidence on your feet.
De-stress: Calm your mind and release tension.
