I’ll be guiding you through my own method called The CMB Method — short for Connect. Move. Breathe.
We start with connection exercises to help you open up, feel safe, and connect with yourself and others in the room.
Then we move into movement work to release stagnant energy from the body and prepare for the main part of the journey — the breathwork — where deep emotional release and clarity can take place.
