We begin with a cacao ceremony to open the heart and invite warmth to flow through your being.
Gentle breathwork and soft movement guide you inward — into the rhythm of rest, release, and renewal.

Then, surrender to your cocoon journey, enveloped in silk and sound.
Drift between worlds as vibrations weave through your body,
cradled in stillness,
bathed in resonance,
and held in a tender embrace of peace.
