Reserved hotel accommodation with discretionary fund towards the cost (please note, due to the expected number of attendees, we are unable to pay 100% of hotel expenses for all. We aim to contribute towards the cost for families who otherwise would not be able to attend - amounts to be confirmed upon booking)
