正念基础课程 Mindfulness Foundation Course

在这四堂课中，学员将学习如何运用正念的技巧应对生活中的压力和负面影响，并达到协调的身心与平衡的心灵。 你也会学习如何充分的活在当下、更积极的对待人生。适合 16 岁及以上的任何人。

多项研究显示正念练习能有效地促进心理与身理健康，包括：

• 减低焦虑，忧郁，烦躁与压力
• 增进慈悲与同情心
• 改善睡眠的素质
• 提高心脏功能
• 减轻慢性疼痛

练习成果:

• 当心感到困扰时，静观能让自己平静下来。
• 能保持集中力，更好地控制自己的情绪。
• 静观练习能稳定漂游不休的思绪与舒緩压力。
• 领悟到以前的自己在面对问题时所产生的负面情绪是不必要的，可以冷静地从不同的角度解决问题。

谁适合参加此课程？

这项课程适合对于正念知识甚少或希望了解并体验正念的学员. 为了确保学员能更好地从这项课程中受益，我们建议学员:必须参加所有四堂课. 每日拨出至少15分钟做课程里所教导的正念练习

这是一项 “技能创前程” SkillsFuture 获准课程。 首先，请先在我中心的Eventbrite 网页报名及支付订金。您能将报名后所收到的Eventbrite收据上载到SFC的网页，作您的补助金申请。我中心在收到SFC汇款后将会把您成功申请的数额直接转入您的信用卡户口或银行户口。

请注意：

• 本中心将不予退还所有已缴交的学费。
• 如有需要，百仁中心将允许补课或调班,收费为$10 和 $30
• 课程需要至少10名学员才能开课
• 必须全程参与全部4次课程方可获得结业证书。
• 注册菩提中心课程即视为同意菩提中心及护联中心（AIC）根据报名表所填信息，依照菩提中心数据保护政策（详见 https://www.brahmcentre.com/data-protection-policy/）及护联中心数据保护政策（详见 https://www.aic.sg/dataprotectionpolicy）收集、使用及披露您的个人资料。

HOW? Do I begin the process of using my SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) to pay for course fees:

Step 1 (on Skillsfuture Website): Check your SkillsFuture credit balance.

Log into your SkillsFuture Portal to confirm you have sufficient SkillsFuture Credit balance (Take note: $4K SkillsFuture Career Transition Credits CANNOT be used for Brahm Centre courses).

Step 2 (on Eventbrite Website): Securing your ticket.

On Eventbrite, search for the course you are interested in.

Step 3 (on Eventbrite Website): Select correct ticket type & complete registration.

Select the intended Ticket Type (either NSA+SkillsFuture or Individual+SkillsFuture) and complete your registration. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing information about the course.

Save/Screenshot the confirmation. (you will use this in the following steps)

Step 4 (on Skillsfuture Website): Submit your SkillsFuture claim.

Go back to the SkillsFuture Portal to submit a claim under 'E-Services'.
