WHAT IS WORKPLACE DEMOCRACY?

Workplace Democracy is a nice thing - but we seem to be unable to have it. This lecture aims to uncover why. The reason may be the efficiency requirements of production, lack of institutions or imagination, or mayhaps, the reason is just capitalism.
Roni Nousiainen is a PHD researcher from Jyväskylä. His academic intrests include workplace democracy, philosophy of economics, and democratic theories.
