The Tampa's Monthly Raw Plant Based Potluck Meetup

If you are interested in learning more about how to add more living foods into your lifestyle then this is the place to be .

We have people here who have been #plantbased and even #RAWVEGAN plant based for many many years and can help answer practical questions.

Raw chefs to newbies alike are all invited. This community is non-judgmental and welcoming.

Please bring a dish to share with at least 10 others that is plant based and UNCOOKED. Dehydration or even warmed is okay as long as it stays below 115 degrees f to keep the enzymes and vitamins alive.

Yes, it can be as simple as a fruit or green salad or if you feel like getting creative look up raw vegan recipes on YouTube for more ideas .

A suggested donation of $5 to help offset the cost of compostable dinnerware, outreach, and the cost of Meetup.
