Restorative Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chao gong, chimes, and other healing instruments that can lead you into a deep state state of meditative relaxation. Let the vibrations wash away your stress and tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

The items listed below will be provided, but you may use your own if you prefer. Bring any other items to deepen your comfort level. For example, fluffy socks, if your feet get cold like mine!

• mat
• eye mask
• pillow
• blanket

The best part about a Sound Bath is that you don't need to do anything!
Simply rest and receive <3

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to start to allow enough time to settle in.
