One of the Tampa Bay area’s most respected DJ’s, Dave Seaburn, has been involved in the bay area’s electronic music scene since 1988. His upfront style set many of the trends during the early 90’s. Dave has been described as the blueprint for many of Tampa Bay areas top DJs. Not following the current trend, instead introducing new styles and genres of music to the club environment. Dave was convinced that the future of mixed music was electronica.
Dave has had residencies at Eden, Marz, Fantasy Ranch, Paint Factory, Vertigo, 911 and the studio. Present day you will find him every Friday and Saturday night as resident DJ at Luna Lounge in Ybor City. Dave’s passion is his vinyl, and it is a very rare treat to see him spinning Old School, very special indeed!
Representing Love and Light Entertainment, Fonik has been djing since late 1997. His first gig was at Fantasy Ranch and it was very informal. He knew some of the djs that were spinning there from frequenting house parties and clubs in the bay area at that time. He was given a short 30 minute set there, a bit of a trial run. As soon he had a taste of the power and excitement of playing for a crowd, he never looked back.
In addition to his constantly growing list of clubs, parties and events that he has spun at, he is also an accomplished producer of original and remixed electronic music.
Keep an eye for his name on future rosters as his performances are not to be missed!
Growing up listening to Miami Bass, DJ AFCO started his music career by playing guitar when he was 15. He formed a punk rock band called Orange Peel and went on to play with other bands. His bass player at the time got him hooked on EDM and began purchasing records and learned how to spin. DJ Afco got his first gig back in 1997 at a rave called Boogie Nights where he met DJ Skynet and they eventually formed Skyco Productions. In 2004 they released their first 12" called the Waffer EP and later went on to press the Buddah EP and the Dove EP. DJ Afco is currently in the studio working on solo projects and has formed a new label called Dueby Street Records. This record label will be dedicated to bringing back that old school Florida funk sound with that 808 bass that will be sure to keep the people moving. Keep your ears and eyes open for this new independent underground label!
