Designed to feel like a modern chef’s table, the evening blends storytelling, live cooking, and thoughtful hospitality, where familiar flavors are reimagined with intention and craft.Guests will enjoy a four-course, pre-set menu, beginning with a seasonal salad, followed by a first course that sets the tone for the evening. The centerpiece of the night is a chef-led demonstration entrée, featuring a slow-braised short rib - rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. The experience concludes with a dessert designed to linger, both nostalgic and indulgent.Throughout the evening, guests will be treated to a curated beverage progression, including a welcoming cocktail, thoughtfully paired wines, and a final cocktail to close the night—each designed by our bar team to complement the comfort-forward menu.
