Join me, Coach Tash, for a high-energy Pump It With Tash Bootcamp at the brand new Blind Tiger Coffee Roasters – Seminole Heights location!

We’ll kick off the morning with an empowering full-body workout designed for all fitness levels, and then refuel with fresh-brewed cafecito from Blind Tiger.

We will be supporting the Hispanic Cultural Resource Foundation, and collecting toys for their "4th Annual 3 Kings Day Fest/Festival de los 3 Reyes" at the Hernando County YMCA on January 4th, 2026. Please bring 2 gifts: 1 for a boy, and 1 for a girl (ages 5-18).
