Join us for guided sensory meditation and reflection amidst the flora and fauna of Eureka Springs Park.About this EventJoin us - Gus El Bassit and Stephanie Harrison-Bailey - for a mindful outdoor experience at Eureka Springs Park, an easily accessible oasis just east of Tampa. We will connect with each other first, and then with ourselves and the more-than-human world that is always all around us. Gus is an herbalist and will have an offering of non-caffeinated herbal tea for those who wish to partake.Plan to stay after we close our time together to explore more of the park on your own, in a very blissful and grounded state!THINGS TO KNOW:Plan to arrive and get settled early, so that we can start at 9am. The park opens at 8am for you to enjoy. We will meet just on the other side of the ranger's office opposite the parking lot.There is a paved parking lot at the park entrance; each vehicle is $2 and there's a payment kiosk on site.Please bring something to sit on, or plan to sit directly on the earth. A blanket or yoga mat is perfect. Invitation to bring shoes that are easy to slip off so you can ground into the soil.Bring water if you like, and dress in comfortable layers as the temperature may fluctuate. It is cooler in the park than in the city.There are restrooms on site.
